States Excluded

A few states have enacted specific laws to exclude even federally legal CBD and THC molecules from within their borders.  Impel Brands exists to work within the laws and not outside of them.  While the legal concept of Federal Preemption probably will prevail in the end, in the interim, until such disputes are firmly settled, we choose to respectfully and intentionally defer to any state and or local jurisdictions intent to exclude our products.

It’s a bummer for you if you live there.  We know.  We are bummed out too.  We encourage any affected party to contact their state or local government representative and to work within their democracy to change the prohibition.  Getting this far has been a very very long haul but there is still more work to be done, so be sure to participate by contacting your own government represent and ask for change.

For now, out of a desire to comply with and respect local prohibitions, we will not ship CBD or THC products the following states:

Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island and Utah
